Giveaway Rules

" The More NFT's you own the better the chance of getting picked as a winner "

Every 30 days, For 90 days an NFT holder will be randomly selected to receive one of the physical Bleu Velour handbags.

The rules for eligibility, the selection process, and the delivery of the handbags will be transparent and fair, ensuring every participant has a known chance of winning.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. NFT Ownership: To be eligible for the giveaway, participants must own at least one Bleu Velour NFT at the time of the snapshot. The snapshot is a record of all NFT holders taken at a predetermined time before each giveaway.

  2. Account Standing: Participants must have a good standing within the community, with no breaches of the terms and conditions of the Bleu Velour platform.

  3. Compliance: All participants must comply with their local jurisdictions' laws regarding giveaways and must be of legal age to participate.

Selection Process:

  1. Randomization Method: The winner will be selected through a verifiable random function (VRF) to ensure fairness and transparency. The VRF will be executed on the Ethereum blockchain, providing a tamper-proof and publicly auditable process.

  2. Announcement Schedule: Winners will be announced within 48 hours of the snapshot via our official channels. Anonymity of the winners will be protected unless they agree to publicize their win.

  3. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning will be directly proportional to the number of NFTs held by a participant. However, to promote fairness, there may be a cap on the maximum number of entries per wallet to prevent domination by whales.

Delivery of Handbags:

  1. Verification: Winners will be required to complete a verification process to confirm their identity and eligibility. This process will be handled with utmost respect for privacy and in compliance with data protection regulations.

  2. Shipping: Bleu Velour will cover all costs of shipping the handbag to the winner's preferred address. International winners will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable upon import.

  3. Transparency: Each step from selection to delivery will be documented and made available for public review to ensure the entire process's integrity.
